...so far it looks like we are closing below that support TL = we are going to dig deeper. However, market positioning seems to be a bit too one-sided in favor of greenback so bounce would be in order, it would actually confirm the bearish outlook in my books. If we get a bearish flag consolidation instead, even worse for EUR.

Further downfall without stop would seem just a bit excessive (unless we get some panicky fundies that would fuel it...).

I must say I prefer to play cable and AUD/USD these days though, first one is just perfectly synced and Aussie plays nice as well and works as a decent dollar hedge...

Quite strong H4 pinbars on EU and EJ. Looks like decent confirmation for pullback. Not adding to any positions now, still one EU long opened and 3 EJ longs by EA slightly in profit.

EU slowed down now watching some vids:

What's bothering me is that we didn't pierce 2750.7. I agree on G/U and Aussie, E/U lost lots of sympathy.

I hope Attila doesn't mind me quoting him, but this is a Bearish Engulfing D1 candle (at this point), and here's what he had to say about it a few months back...

Exactly that's why this weekly close is so important.

This daily is diverging very heavily, I would never short into these levels,I will take profits on short

ill short a break and close of these levels only

as long as RSI also closes lower..
Be hopeful in a winning position, and fearful in a losing position.

He's a real party-pooper, but that's what I think as well. Yesterday's candle closed > the 50%-mark, so I wasn't that uncomfortable when looking for a bounce. This mornings action from London was a trickle to the downside, so I expected the POMO to take care of a breakout.
