im short but im thinking more bears tomorrow, but now im short. indecisiveness in the market. unless there is a credit event, price most like;y to bounce here until then

the spread between 10 year U.S. Treasury and German Bund yields hit a 7 year high last week. The chart below compares the inverse of this spread (Bund-Treasury) with the performance of the EUR/USD and suggests that given the speed and magnitude of the decline in the spread, the EUR/USD should be trading much lower

10 year spread isn't that important, one needs to consider 2 year or below. as you can see, 2's are what matter.

Yeah EUR1Y swaps price in EUR under 1.26, some tenors price in sub 1.20 while some scaling prices in a move back to 1.32. Not the most reliable medium term technique - amazing short term and long term though.
