However wave 2 can retrace all of wave 1 by 100% but I would look for a 50% Fib.

I can pull quite a lot from that, even without a clue about advanced EW... what follows when an impulse took place? Do some math with what that chart has to offer, look at percentages, openers, closers (prices) and deduce the wave-lengths (there are rules for that, aren't there?).

We dropped 600 pips, so looking for continuation now is a bit meek...

A new thought has just accurred to me, EJ will go up to 138.XX line within one or two months according to DAY chart.
Am I alone ??

Maybe you would now make a big mistake judging by Sid's chart, that wave 3 down has finished. My view is: we are somewhere inside of the wave 3 down, maybe in a subwave 4 (up) of the wave 3

the hammer from the start of this week session signals a potential reversal.. i'm kicking myself for not spotting that!!! now on the h4 we have bullish confirmation.. lets see where it tops out..
it is highly likely that i'm wrong... so dont follow me!

But judging purely from momentum distribution inside the move down from 34x, chances are, that this all is a serious of 1-2 moves, with the best to come

it should hit 1.2876-81... then it's move should be complete if it is to continue down. with taking this much time it has shown the respect to continue down. decent resistance should be seen at 1.2905 as well if it was to get through

I knew I could count on you to show up. I used Sid to lure you out.

Where do you see the end of that wave? I don't look for shorts at the moment, rather than looking for the correction.

Yes definitely rules to follow, however one EW technician's count can be totally different than another but still get similar results. I look at other EW counts now and then but I have found to learn to count yourself you have to rely on what you see and go for it, that is the way you learn to trust yourself. As long as you you follow the rules your fine. Get in when you think and set stops where it breaks the rules. Been doing it for 8 years now and I am still in the game. EW is not 100%, nothing is, but it fits me and fits the way I trade and I get results. That is the name of the game. Of course I throw in a lot more then EW to enter and exit but it is my primary analysis tool. But your right about being definitive on my statements. On a subconscious level I need to use non doubting words, so I thank you for that.
