I took that EJ trade too,and thank you for your insight emmanuel. Everyday is learning day for me in this thread . I think I might need a larger monitor than my laptop monitor though

I think i have that problem too leaving trades alone, I think that goes in the bracket of overtrading...lol

Anyway I'm still fairly new too the forum and I thought let you all know I've made my first live trades wanting alittle input though as too where it mite be heading

GJ entered H4 not ideally i know on a rebounce thinkin there more mileage in the trade @ 150.441
Just nreaking thru S1 weekly s?R
Also

EJ entered H4 again on a re bounce @ 129.166

In the UK currentky 11.30 H4 candle renews @ 1pm just as the US opens wondering what effect this mite have

Several years ago, when I just started learning Forex trading, I found Heikin-Ashi candle. For some reason (provably due to language barrier), I mistakenly thought and read it as 'Heineken-Asahi'. (Names of beer.) It took me several months before I corrected my reading. ​

Sorry Emmanuel.I am still not good in these short words. Doesn't BEEB stands for Bearish Engulf Bar? If yes then Wed was an Engulf or Inside bar?

no, ... the wed bar is correct BEEB.
thursday is IB.

Ok...After few more times reading it ..now I got it.....Thanks for sharing it. It is a little bit tricky that how you trade and inside bar in H1 from another IB in H4......

i guys, i'm francesco and i'm an italian trader.. i've a stupid question about TDI. i have seen that all the lines of TDI move at the beginning of the new candle. it is correct or my TDI doesen't work well???

Hi Emmanuel,

Invaluable videos and free education! I did spend good amount of time grasping the rules, learning about TDI behavior, placing S/L, etc...

TMS is giving me a great amount of confidence! I need to work on the trading TF I should be using provided that I don't have choice to monitor
during the day. Novice traders tend to be impatient, but smaller TFs eat accounts... I am using 1H but might be better to stick to 4H. Anyway I already have positive results with TMS.

Hi Francesco,

There are 2 version of TDI --one is not updating in real-time, i.e. it calculates its new values only when the current bar closes.
The other is calculated on each tick(I haven't tried it myself). You can search and try the real-time version in the attachments of this thread.
Also this has been explained somewhere in previous posts.

Hi Folks,

How many of you figured out the NFP whether it was pro-USD before the data release?

It is weekend again so we have time to read and do the usual back-testing.

For those who are new to trading and trading TMS, you need to read post#1 and post#2 again.
Do everything which post#1 says ... including to be active in this thread....
Study post#2 chart - do you see the Entry and Exits on that training chart. Count how many possible entries there were and how many exits which could have maximise profits.

This TMS method is very simple and there isn''t a lot more to share here excpet to keep repeating the same things over and over again. It is going to be boring for the more experienced traders to read the repetitions. So please post your charts with reviews, analysis of the currency pairs, trade ideas, plans, ask questions, make suggestions, post your trades, etc. and to keep the learning going.

Hey There

Just came across the EUR/AUD on my weekly analysis. I see some signs of weakness:

- Higher upper wicks
- Hanging man 2 weeks ago
- TDI very overbought

This could be a potential reversal point. The only thing i noticed is that the last 3 weeks still made higher lows. Whats your opinion on

So this is my first 4 hour TMS trade for a while, my question is: -

Was this successful because of NFP?
It was going the wrong way for quite a while up til this point.

I'm obviously very please with the result but just need to know did I enter correctly and was it a good setup.

white vertical line is entry time
green line is entry price
red line is exit.

Hey everybody,
emmanuel thank you very much for your links and for your help.

Took this trade on E/U when the NFP appears. Entered and exited to late. For the next time when the NFP will appear i take a tight SL and a larger TP. Now i know that the NFP are news with lots of potential to trade.

planned to close the trade before nfp but then moved s/l to 20p before and took a chance.
more of a gambling than trading maybe.
