i was v.crossed with them too! i find that their live chat is no longer that professional anymore! instead of finding solution for their clients,they just simply asking their clients to email them,what kind of professionalism is that?
what is a definition for "professional"? did you get your problems solved, at least within 3 business days (brokers generally have set up to 72h answering time in their client agreement).

Where do you think we should move to? I already have IC Markets (Australia, regulated) and going to fund Global Prime (Australia, regulated) this week.

while IC Market may be a good choice,i have not heard of Global Prime yet...anyhow,unless Armada's platform continues to deteriorate,i might wanna hang on for a while more...to see if they r really trying to improve or not? btw,has anyone tried to do a withdrawal yet,by bank transfer or other e-wallets method? lets keep ourselves informed and updated abt Armada as much as we can,ya?

I've transferred some money (small money) in and out via Skrill/Moneybookers, and I had no issues so far.

I personally liked Armada ALOT...the disconnection issues...I'm not sure if Armada is the one to blame, coz often times, it's the issue with MT4, but who knows...


Hopefully they'll resolve this completely, coz the spread/execution/commision rate/swap rate/customer service, all are definitely top notch.

I am very happy with Pepperstone I think I found home for some time. Maximum lot size for one trade is 100 lots, but I am far far from there
Perhaps give Piagi a try? It appears they are a redirect for anyone trying to access FXSolutions
Lately Armada has been great. I think when that Mt4 update happened it cause some problems. But since then, no problems.

Down again for me around 6:40amET to 6:50amET. When it re-login to my wrong account, caused me some panic (when I noticed my account balance was "wrong"). Confirmed by the other forum members also.

It seems Live Chat is only tasked with handling administrative issues like account opening/closing/funding/withdrawals and general questions. When anyone asked about outages and downtimes, the usual answer is "please write email to our support team".

These are capped spreads on ECN accounts, meaning the maximum spread for each symbol under any circumstances. Typical ECN spread for EURUSD is between 0.0 to 0.9.
