German CPI did rise 0.1% more than expected and did help push the EURO higher before US Consumer sentiment came out and made the EUR/USD fall.

They're all shills. These "educational programs" brokers provide haven't the lightest shred of evidence as to whether or not they work, but the answer is pretty clear to anybody who actually knows how to play this game.

I wouldn't call him a shill. His video offers is a general knowledge how fundamentals work in the arena of central banks and the currency market itself. Again, it's always about balance, maintaining an equilibrium if you will. It may be interesting to some but for the daily trader, I'm not sure what these type of extended forecasts do when they can be generally gleaned from a daily, weekly and monthly time charts together. The weekly chart roughly shows a harmonic pattern since 2008 and cycling down in the trend while the monthly is showing roughly the same thing and is beginning to go into a downtrend. How does that help the daily trader? It gives a general direction but that's about all. It's not useful for daily and even trend traders. Longer termers will make their positioning based on these charts but that's about it. The dude is quite knowledgeable on market correlations. How it would help the daily or trend trader, I'm not sure.

Also the feds are pumping up artificially the Dow Jones by 85 billion dollars per month. That is a ticking time bomb that cannot be sustained.

It confirms that each trader must develop their own strategy and stick with it.

The retail market (us) has virtually have zero impact. We simply go along for the ride. There are no speculators, bulls, or bears. Central banks will buy or sell their currency as they see fit to maintain balance. But even they don't have full control of the market forces. Remember (of course I'm stating the obvious to some) that announcements and reports are used by central banks to manipulate the market in any one direction or even to make fundamental changes. Ask yourself after an announcement or report why does price action always return from whence it came? Balance.

I'm thinking if it does go up then it will be a quick fast rise up to 1.3260 +- 50 pips during the first week of July to about the middle of second week.
Then ranging for the next 3-4 weeks between 1.3260 - 1.3140, slightly downward, then another quick rise up to 1.3670 or there abouts in first week of August.

This Thread has had it tough for trades.

Mixed on the weekly.....

But the Daily had a nice little pop up and back down.......

With the Yen, Pound and Aud, there has not been much interest in the Eur as of late..............

Your turn will be in the Fall.............IMO........

Actually, it's not that bad if people think, I'm just demo-trading. Consider that... I can afford not to put any money on the table and still have enough to stay at home 24/7

gbp: up v usd and euro and down v aud
yen: up v usd
aud: up
cad: up v usd, euro and down v aud.
