I'm not quite sure it works quite like that. The currency exchange is going at a high rate of speed. When central banks kick open during their market time, there is an influence. No one central bank controls everything yet they do have influence on the PA. These banks buy and sell their own currency and others to maintain as much balance as possible. We retailers are simply along for the ride. Currency exchange is mainly for commerce. The market will determine where the euro should be at a given time.

never sure in this business, the pin at that time looked promising, I'm used to countering, but mostly wait for confirmations which makes it less tricky

from what i see, "we are this or that" should never be a blanket statement. there are always "ifs" i figured we had enough time to close and open next month sub 2814. last week, it appears that is wrong, atm. i cant really expect a 287 pip drop on the Friday before Sunday open. its Friday and already just 7h left till NY closes. if we would stumble below 2962 before .. the maybe the rest is still possible. just very unlikely.

It's a useless endeavor to find the perfect entry point. If you are doing nothing more than in-out trades than good luck to you. I know there some that are good at it. I'm lucky to be within 20 to 30 pips from a top or bottom. That's why I usually do multiple positions and weather it out.
