it change pattern frequently based on market sentiment , at this stage Nikki and usd moving in same direction (EU go up when Nikki go down). it's happening due to yen moment . used to be other way around .

no matter which come first you should buy now. if 3061 come first you take profit and then sit on your hands. if 2998 come first you buy to the dip, wait for it to come to 3061 next to take profit.

So easy to miss the boat there,

But that is sailing somewhere in unknown territory for me, so I shall leave it...

Kiwi been treating me nice, had a TP close at 78.5 during that last spike, unfortunately my pendings did not kick in this morning, now we see actual break of 78, cant see good opportunity to long NZD/USD yet, pendings low-mid 77's.

Playing it hedged so far, long on AUD/USD long term though, yes it could go to 80c, but it wont go to 0, trying to catch bottom, will long at 90.4

Here's how the market turns invisible yellow line in the visible support and resistance.
I think the price has already lost the resistance of the blue line. Normal movement can be to the next blue.

Could be an unfortunate situation where the market just continues sideways and breaks the channel, with no PA, happens to me alot in day trading Tokyo session.

Luckily, (Well I'm sure it isn't luck), this should run into London/NY Crossover and big news in the next 12 hours.

So will get some L shape

Normally PA doesn't tend to give good shorting opportunities on bearish trends - as its most vulnerable and catches the downside pretty quickly even before reaching the actual resistance levels ? last was around 3255 - PA was eager to have some strong supply around 3266 or 3261 but no, it left those levels behind and continued downside . it would have been much clearer bearish trend if it had kissed 3305 before dropping from 3255...

this would well remind me to get in around 3055 levels itself instead of waiting for 3060 or 3065 ?

You may be right. But I prefer to stick to the theory of Gann. This chart is part of this theory, and for me it's easier to follow the rules.

Rule of All Angles: Another important guideline is what Gann called the Rule of All Angles. When a market breaks an angle, it will move toward the next angle. This is because as time passes, an angle’s importance weakens and the market eventually breaks through. Therefore a market breaking the 2 x 1 angle will begin to move toward the 1 x 1 angle; just as a market breaking the 1 x 1 angle will eventually reach the 1 x 2 angle. Conversely, in an up move, an angle that holds the 1 x 2 angle is likely to rally to the 1 x 1, just as overtaking the 1 x 1 is likely to lead to a rally to the 2 x 1.

Morning,

Mixed and thin trading so far.

Few good trades in Yen pairs. Majors ranging a bit downwards and some interest buying Eur and Gbp crosses make trading slow as well, no real direction formed yet anywhere.

Waiting to see London open and possibly Frankfurt to be tested.
They think they are smarter than I am.

That data isn't trustworthy anymore, just go through German press. That ministry is under severe fire for over a week now for heavily manipulating the data.

but every one doing manipulation these days , i guess here in Australia we are manipulating employment data over a year , it's part of the election requirement
