Good day guys. Some of you might remember the 'Doubling an account in couple of hours experiment' I've done a month ago. If you don't here is the idea: I let other people choose a currency pair or any other financial instrument and I trade it for couple of hours trying to double the account. First experiment part was a success. I am now thinking to make it happen once more. First time the guys have chosen EUR/USD. do you think EUD/USD is still bearish considering the fact that The Euro fell to as low as 1.3161 yesterday. It is now weak enough to continue falling towards 1.3000 in the coming weeks. In the midterm it trades sideways and is expected to remain within the boundaries 1.3000-1.3400.

I noticed a few posts here and there on Fibs, so I did a little Fib work. The 4H and 1D correlated and show the same direction of 1.29-3 in the short-term while the 1W and 1M show the same down trend, but there is an ultimate goal of 1.2765-8.

I know some people like to place them at arbitrary places to suit their agenda, but I find them more accurate and void of bias by placing them at the high/low of each TF and not some "wave" that is merely a portion of the puzzle.

Given the drop, I don't think this will all play out in a weeks time, but I think by the end of the summer is highly possible. We should see a small bounce in equities because the FOMC reaction was "over done," but given world economic fundamentals, potential for higher rates and whatnot, panic may set in further. I also feel political and geopolitical risk will fall into play whether it is still no budget or involvement in Syria.

On the SPX 1W a Fib from the lows of 666 to the highs, a retrace to 1444 is likely. We may see the end of the Fed rally. The fall may stall while bonds are still being purchased, but I don't think the first half of 2014 will remotely be as nice as this year. The daily plays out to the same direction with the 20 EMA moving down into the 50 EMA. A cross could move the weekly PA past the 20 EMA for future declines to the 50 EMA at 1503.

The monthly looks the same. Last monthly candle's EMA_RSI was 94. Currently it is 68. There is still enough drop left before any need to worry about oversold conditions.

Short-term the euro is "oversold" but traders fail to except currencies can be overextended for a long time - uh, Aussie anyone? The weekly and monthly still show non-overextended indications.

market should be ready or very close to ready for a 4 hour bullish correction

i expect it on monday if not then it will be tuesday.. 1.3110 - 1.3050 is the zone i am looking to add longs
