I think all Ben did this week was stress test on wallstreet. But sure it is a sign they are willing to cut BB program. Perhaps not just yet. They are trying market to absorb the cut little by little obviously

ea may have stopped 9 pips above support... so it may bounce, the au (weaker) may fall more then eu

Bull what? Bullish is a sentiment. You believe there is positive sentiment currently? I do not think a slight bounce of lows means bulls are gaining ground. Assets can go up in a downtrend and down in an uptrend with out sentiment changing

Gator and Hatch:

We know that 1.30974 (on my platform) was a number of some significance for the bears. Price just tested four 10ths of a pip above that and reversed (at least temporarily).

Any signifcance to this bounce? -- What's your if-then analysis (if any) on this?

Necessary for bull too, attempted to take out 50% fibo (3105) with high volume and then reacted.
Without retracement, bearish move looked ugly. I wish bear will consolidate before next down.

that's why we take profit on shorts and place small longs. I'm nowhere as good as Gator, I'm just shifting my odds and keep my ass dry.

If you seen it you should understand that I am with bear.
I notified that bull will fight back in near term rather than free fall. Bull just reducing bearish heavy strength to fight. Current reaction may be an indication of bearish consolidation. After consolidation the fight will be nice to watch.

Tapering will let the market move freely. It doesn't mean USD will get the advantage if EZ can recover.
