I would like to read it Ro.. if you can find it.. recession.. MMM i dunno.. tell you this SO MUCH monie has gone into the mining infrastructure.. i have a reliable second hand understanding of it from several sources.. also this gas thing.. center QLD coast.. off shore northern territory.. and top end WA..is HUGE.. biggest problem here is the major parties.. in my opnion.. are full of DICKS.. the Govening party is full of wanks.. with all the theory in the world.. but not a smell of practical experience to bless em selves..who blunder from one stuff up to another.. just my opnion of course..

you are right about the architecture in Chicago, Cube......the first time i spent time in Chicago i walked Michigan Ave and if i didn't know the difference i would have thought it was New York.

when i saw the Wrigley building for the first time i was amazed because i had memories of buying Double Mint or Juicy Fruit chewing gum from the corner stores and just never thought about the concept behind the product and all that was involved just to get it into my hands.........

there is the original John Hancock Bld and the Tower by I M Pei..........i lived on the next block, and about a 5 min walk from where the bombings occurred....

also a photo of the library inside and out on Dartmouth Street.and the Coppley Plaza Hotel........beautiful bar called the Oak Room........i took some Japanese friends there one time.......

addict Ro.. ?? the Aussie.. I just for some reason or other .. am really picking it rite.. why stuff with any thing else?? somthing else Ro.. remember u mentioned Amy.. GBP..Ad.. lead indicator for ADUd.. well for some reason or other during Aussie morn till about 2/3 in arvo.. and then it stops ?? always seems to work well in the mornings?? wot u make of that??

i have some time this morning so will scroll back and try and find......the politics here has turned into an idiot show......the interim mayor of montreal was arrested yesterday and charged with 14 counts of fraud and gangsterism....the mayor of a large borough of Montreal was recently arrested and has been charged with the same and money laundering construction contracts in the Caymans......was mayor for 25 yrs or so and apparently every contract had a kickback of 2 to 5%

federal politicians from both of the major parties are caught up in expense scandals involving gross abuses ......one senator has claimed something like $300,000 or more for travel over the past 2 yrs....

the recently elected leader of the federal liberals admitted over the weekend to having earned another $277,000 for paid speaking engagements since becoming an MP in 2009 ......on top of the MP's salary and benefits.....most of the fees were charged to 'charities'.......what a joke........and, you can guess that his pitch is honesty and tranparency.......one joke is one of the charities lost money on his event and was almost broke so asked for the $20,000 fee to be returned,,,,,,a charity; Trudeau refused.(son of former PM......dynasty)

i kind of missed the boat on gbp/aud and have it on another acct...was actually thinking about it this AM so interesting you mention it...

been working on getting my head around the bonds........lots of liquidity....the FED has approx 40% of all duration 5 yrs and above in US Treasuries..

i figure the metric for ALL interest rates is the FED and primarily the US 10 Yr.......where it goes so goes all bond yields from US Gov to Bunds to high grade corporate to high yield junk...and, high yield junk was trading down under 5% recently which i believe in literally unheard of in modern trading

Apple put of a bond issue just before the last FOMC and the bond has lost 9% of face value in the 'taper' scare...

got off track there..i'll try and find that article.......

lot of negative sentiment about China lately.........stresses in the inter bank market and questions over liquidity...

Hi roro53!
Swiss parliament talk too much and don't accept his gangster part in financial things which he have offer all over the world every tax dodger. Now it's time for "Game over!" Every swiss homeowner with mortgages had profited of it in the last 30 years. But this practice must cease nowadays. It needs a data submited by banks forced by the US for the future.
