IMO. Last bull wave to around 1.3420 and tomorrow big bear action along with FED.

IF 60% and higher are starting to put pending orders to Short, It seems the slimmy bastard brokers will pop another high to kill the S/L's THEN start the decline..
Then people start scalping trying to get back in the game... which may work or not... just my 2 cts...

There's nothing going on, so we have my near useless chat lol

My thoughts are that i can not imagine the Fed to step away from tapering talk (no actual timescale will be given though). If the bleeding has started then why try to correct it? I see them taking away the band aid as slow as possible but it makes no sense to stick it on further. Equities have steadied and i think they will just tug at the band aid a little more tomorrow which will likely be bearish but looking at the charts maybe not enough to reverse this bull trend.

Maybe even just another chance to buy on the dips.

Word of warning for the bulls however, just when things seem to be rosy the big boys will reverse it. We have had an almost 20 day bull run and sometime soon at the click of a finger (somehow simultaneously) they will start the reverse.

Sounds like an overall well thought out synopsis. The Algo's and trigger happy people may swing this either way.
Who knows what happens after the behind the scenes G8... I just imagine ECB / FED / and others sitting around drinking
all night over dinner deciding who gets to dip and dive or jump and ride for tomorrow...
No matter, as long as you are in the right direction, thats all that matters.

If i say Dow will crash in days, what do you tell me about correlation Dow/EU/USDx ?
I'm not saying the US economy is doing bad, but technicaly the Dow should retrace a LOT and will start doing it in days.

Dow and USDx goes opposite ways, right ? Edit; USUALLY !

If so, then this is the reason nobody wants to buy euroz.
The dollar is going to rise, soon. They expect that.
They just need more long retailers.

Didn't react on cyprus caution but tried to push down hard for nothing now and got fkd nicely.

The trend is up 619 pips in 22 days.
The last leg is 594 pips for 19 days.
