Some great PA/chart patterns on DAX at the moment.

Only trade so far, missed others due to hunger. Approx. 1.2r

2nd trade: AUDJPY. Saw this late, got out too early. Nice FTB/FB + comp. Similar setup on CADJPY which I rode too.

Calling it a day at just under 3r. The sun rarely shines in London.

Came back from work a few hours ago... very busy today. Will probably not be able to trade next week due to my day job.

Sold AU @ 0.9630 and closed 2/3 @ 0.9585 for +90 pips.

I took this too as an FTB for half then ran the other half based on the FB and CP below.

Bit of a tough day (relative) today on the VLTF.

Summary of my 6 trades attached.

Total gains +26.2 pips (I use a fixed lot size based on an average SL of 3.5 pips unless volatility is high the I'd adjust my lot size accordingly).

Yeah I thought you might. You got all fancy with the higher R too. Have a good one.
One of my favorite patterns is "Spike Base". Take a look at the chart of what is a "Spike Base", and for more details see here.

1st trade and it's Tuesday. Was a pip and a half to getting stopped, got out early due to sluggish market activity this week.

Nice trade, definitely a slower and more difficult week so far this week.

Sample of trades I've taken this week.

1. HTF standard FTB's +2.20R and -0.27R

2. EU - BO after the lower FB.

3. EU - M1 retrace after M5 confirmed BO looking for price to BO off the daily highs.

4. EU - M5 strong buying and break + retest of flip area holds with clear space to next supply, M1 supply consumed too the trade on the BO after the supply.

Couple of FTB's today (as per tweets).

+1R on NZDCAD and +1.34R on NZDUSD.

Once it became clear today was going to be very slow ahead of FOMC I didn't focus much on the VLTF, took just 1 trade, a text book BO trade based on M1 PA with an M5 target for +7.5 pips
