DislikedI had an account with them a couple of years ago. I didn't have any stop hunting experience, everything seemed ok until I tried to withdraw my money and close the account. First, they only refunded part of the account. I called and told them I wanted the entire thing closed. They couldn't tell me why they only refunded part, but apologized and said they would forward the rest.
I had funded the account with a credit card, which was stupid and I would never do again. Subsequent money was put in with a different card. When they went to refund the...Ignored
DislikedAs far as Forex.com is as a company, they've been caught manipulating customers orders and positions. They've been charge with defrauding their customers on a few occasions by the CFTC.Ignored
DislikedMy biggest problem was with their currency strategist at the time, a guy named Todd Gordon (I have no idea if he's still there any more, this was back ~07.) As a newb, I liked reading his articles off the forex.com's market news and analysis pages... but I quickly noticed that his bad trades would be deleted from the site and only the good winning trades would remain. They'd leave on the odd 30 pip losers to show that he was human... but any disastrous trade would be gone from the site within a day. That made me VERY uncomfortable doing business...Ignored

DislikedThese people make my head explode. I never get to use them because the customer service when I deal with chats drive me up the wall.
First we all get bought out at CMS, I never get an email. They somehow got an old email(my account was active and updated at CMS). I have to use their customer support to find all this out. They reset my password. They send it to the email that still doesn't work. This takes 3 people.(look for my posts in that thread)
Then I request a withdrawl. Somehow it gets processed but not completed on the EXACT same...Ignored
