Padila, do you allways wait untill have all TF in the same direction (I mean 5m to 4H TFS)? You just enter in the trend direction, like this EJ trade?

I trade the M 5-15 method but try to have as many time frames in my direction as possible. Generally speaking, I try to be in the direction of H1.

Something to bear in mind for the next period for EU.

Yes.....EU has some interesting prospects for the longer term. Our H & S that we have been looking at for a long time is dead in the water....and the Daily EU shows the stochs very high. Quite how much higher this is going to go is anyones guess.....we shall see!

An Apology


You may have seen last week where I directed my frustration to lastingwell after she posted a chart that didn't fit the Genesis System. It was unfair of me to direct all my frustration at her, and I have apologised in private, but I apologise to her here, now, because it is the right thing to do.

Please accept my apology lastingwell.....my frustration at persistent ignoring of the few rules and repetitive questions should have been directed at everyone, not just you.

I'm sure that most of you, certainly the longer term senior members of the thread would have seen the never ending same old questions being asked over and over again, or people just posting their charts that don't meet the Genesis System requirements.

Over time, the Genesis Team has lost members for various reasons....Cody, Olivia and Oli no longer post at all at Forex Factory, and they haven't done so for a long time. It's a real shame, but that's the way it is. Wiz3003 is a very busy person and he gives much to the thread, as well as looking after the Italian thread, helping out with testing 'behind the scenes', holding down a stressful full time job, and raising a family. Wiz3003 does a lot...a hell of a lot, and we are all so fortunate to have him on the team.

So often that leaves me to answer all the questions, post charts, police the thread, trade and keep directing people to read Post #1!! It's a lot of work for me to do and the most important work for me to do, is my trading. If I don't trade and win, I don't eat...it's that simple.

My patience with muppets is not limitless, as you may well imagine. Quite why people cannot, or will not follow 4 or 5 basic rules is beyond me...but anyway, that's the way it is.

I have asked (privately) for some help in this whole Genesis Team administration, but there has been no one willing to 'step up' and shoulder some of the workload. So, instead, I have now got several senior members of the thread who are going to help police the thread, which will help me greatly. Wiz3003 and I will carry on working on various aspects of the system, along with a couple of invited and interested people in specific projects, and I know that Xaphod is always available to help out with programming.

The senior members who are going to help out with the thread will remind any people that make these same mistakes that they need to read and abide by the rules on Post #1 or risk being banned......and if those helpers ask me to ban someone, I will do it with no second guessing them....if they say that some needs to go....then they will go.

If all of the senior posters here, and you know who you are, can also help out with letting people know that Post #1 must be read and understood, then things will be easier for everyone.....especially me. As the saying goes....'many hands make light work.'

Shortly...like in the next hour...I will be amending Post #1. The few rules are the same.....I am just rewording it to (hopefully) make it crystal clear for everyone, just what we expect here on the thread. I urge you all to have a read and let me know (via PM) if there is something that you think should be included on the FAQ section. Thanks

Great news RJ - I always like looking in on the thread. It has something to teach me most days but like you say, there are some tiring aspects with people wanting to be spoonfed.......and those birds are not spoonbills......this is not a place for that. Good trades are entered to show how Genesis works and how people are using it, their thoughts on how they enter and exit are great to read up on and to help one develop one's own style. Even the things they "don't" say have a meaning.
Hope it can remain a happy environment for the future

Thanks RJ and the team for keeping this thread alive, eventhough with alot of small bumps (muppets) along the road. The whole team did really well in maintaining the thread.
