The minimum TF (at least for me) doesn't have to be D1. I saw once in a book that you should look 2 or 3 higher time frames to identify the trend you have to trade with. I normally trade using 5m and 15m, so I always see 1H charts to see the trend. Of course I also look the D1 chart, but not for that. It also depends if you wants a short-term trade, mid-term or lonade with g-term....Ignored
