Your question already answered in this post by khaled_ctg the writer of the EA. I don't believe he has yet to fix the code.

So in short, yes, there is a setting for Trailing Stop but it does not work as the code is not functioning at this time.

I have noticed that Trailing Stop doesn't work and some people worried about it.

Yes, I found a bug in the code and it will take some time to fix it as I am a bit busy.

Further, the Strategy doesn't need any Trailing Stop. Just stick on it and you will get result. Perhaps this week could be a good example.

thank you Erebus, yes turtle channel and 20/50 ema are similar entry...let's see.... for now I'm following and trying 20/50 ema and doin' good but I still didn't understand which is the better among D1 Macd (I mean official D1 Macd system without turtle) and D1 20/50 ema, D1 Macd seems more responsive but also more favorable to give up and down signals for example on audusd some days ago I think it gave Bullish signal(Histogram went to blue > of 0) while 20/50 kept Bearish signal, yes if you have already opened sell trades I think there is a check to not open opposite buy trades but if you have no sell trades and you got ea enabled it would opened buy trades..... for now I'm happy with 20/50 ema...let's see.

Searched in Google, can't find the proper indicator/script.

Bought it long ago, probably time to update but it has way more features than I use now

You can also Right Click on the chart and "Save As Picture" try that first, see if you like it

If the max positions on a pair are opened, when will the EA start opening again:
a) when 1 closes?
b) when all close?

Will the EA open positions in the opposite direction (macd change), if there are still positions runing?

If I have 4 positions max and have opened 2 manualy, then I turn on the EA, will it open anoher 2 or 4?

May have to consult with the coder of the EA, khaled_ctg

Myself, I would expect that it would maintain 8 positions, assuming the signals are correct and price action continues in the correct way - for me, I rather place fewer positions, use larger size and capture a shorter range of the move

The second question, I think this was mentioned in the main thread and answer was yes, it will count those trades; the EA does not depend on "Magic Number" so I believe that to be correct

Demo is the only way to really test this for sure, but how often will there be the right trading conditions for 8 open trades?

I wonder...

If this is the sort of thing you want, then...

press key to the right of F12 (possibly marked PrtSc)
press office key
choose paint pallet (look in all programs)
press Control V (to paste)
press Control S ( to save)
put it in pictures file (mark file as trading screenshots) so you can locate it, name or date it,
go to thread and click on "upload from computer"
select it from your file
open it and insert when uploaded.....Forgive me if you already know all this...
Onwards and upwards...

Is that your screen? You do know you can drag the toolbars at the top to form just a single row, and you don't need the MACD on the 1 Hour chart

Any idea why the EA isnt closing stop losses correctly?
TP's are all closed with 280, while SL's, set to 160, vary between 160 and 175 pips.

I like my toolbars as they are, all in a group, ergonomics and all that,

The daily chart and the hour chart interchange with the indis on the screen, so the indis remain on the screen whatever the Timeframe...!!

One thing I would like to improve is the dashboard layout, there is some writing, shapes and stuff all on top of each other, any tips ..??

I do not understand this comment - you are in charge of the software, you tell MT4 what Indicators to display when & where, simple as that

See the picture for example

Third Screen Strategy uses MACD on Daily chart, Williams % Range on 1 Hour chart

Saves confusion, computer processing and much easier to see price data if chart is as large as can be

That's right, you can only save the chart or complete workspace (screen) but not other pictures, open boxes etc.

Give the trial a workout, see how you like it!

That is much better, now you are in charge !

Maybe get rid of the grid, down candles to red, that would be pretty great then

Make sure you watch the video a few posts back, in fact, watch it 3 times, take notes, people pay more dollars for learning way less than what that 1 hour will do for you

I know this is Third Screen, but we all know about 100_pips_a_day other method, the 20 EMA - 50 EMA, here is a demo account only 9 days old, winning trades no bigger than losing trades, might have to tweak the R:R on the weekend
