Well, Bear-trap seems to be setting short of 1,295 but Draghi's comments tend to hold in the market for a day or to so look for 1,28 by the end of the week. Chinese data overnight was poor to neutral indicating further global negative trends. Eurozone data is not looking good, fundamentals are still poor, can't think that the currency will hold above 1.32 for long, my opinion this is short term upside.

let me add, i live/fish here.. some were already built. they were built to receive LNG. They were/are dormant for the same reasons Japan/China may not do well with them. if they do find a solution its still 3-4 buck NG in the u.s. compared to 18+ ng there. while labor cost in the u.s. to build a car is 10%. so even if labor in those countries is free, it still cost more to produce heavy industrial products like cars there, verse the u.s. A game changer evolving, as more u.s. energy comes online.

EUR/USD hasn't cleared 1.323, so watching range of 1.317-1.323. Breakout to upside targeting 1.327 before 1.330 and 1.333

Expecting retrace first though, to 1.313
Even the worst trade can close with profit. Just give it time.

What you say may have some merit if natural gas were to stay at that price but given stuff like this: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000...300876450.html I don't see that happening- once US nat gas is sold on the world market its price will rise to the international price level, meaning japanese and european price should drop and the US price should rise steeply. Plus there's every indication those shale fields are exhausted very quickly so they wont last long while increased domestic demand will put pressure on the price as well.
