hi, Luis...
in my opinion, there is a strong correlation between pairs of E/U with A/U and E/A so i'm not surprised even i'm sure if the E/U can reach 1.32 or 1.33
and i still remember Merkel ever said the range 1.3-1.4 for E/U is normal and it means Merkel want to price stability.

Aussie is not correlated, that is why this month EA go to correct down

Thats Merkel talking from a German perspective and yes she is right - It should be for Germany being the strongest country in Europe - but when you start to add Other EU countries in the mix - Spain, Italy, Greece, portugal - then its way over valued...

its still all about order flow imo and no matter what anyone says fundamentally - it'll do what it wants.... if fundies played a part in all this bs, we would have been below parity by now - but we are not... what does that say?

i would not be surprised if e/u breaks up past 1.60 to 1.90 - how many margin calls... thats what market does - it wants to screw with you and when you let your guard down it'll kick you in the balls and take everything you got...

What a nice thread this is! I am thanking you Carlos for this wonderful initiative. I am going to keep my eyes on this thread to know more about Elliot Wave, so that I can get some profit out of it. I have been using Fibonacci retracement. I am quite sure with the integration of both I will be having a better understanding of Forex market.
