No no.....current hourly close matters. But 30 is avg price level for this early trade.

Yen would weaken a lot against dollar and euro if euro unexpectedly broke down to 00.
Would be turn of plans then.

Yeah this unexpected matter can be actually very expected to happen , eur down , looking eurgbp for great down when gbp much stronger than eur probable at the same time both currencies more weak than dollar right now & eur to zeroing ok logically.
similarly euraud started for great up already towards 1.4400+. aud should be much weak .
so gbpaud should be much stronger in bull , just around break level now I see .

take care in all these trains though .

Ok, I went there and had a look, very much in range, yes with a spike in this last formed hour, but overall just range.

WOW what crap data but no reaction mmm but kiwi and aussie have been taking a bashing, and what is even better is in sync with yen, has been long time out of sync

Just noticed that some look at exchanges (nothing wrong with that though ) and indexes like DAX and DOW Jones for currency correlations.

I got news for you. Those correlations worked like 2 (EDIT: must be 3-4) years ago really well.

When DOW futures popped either way that was a signal for eurodollar to behave accordingly, with just really short delay.

Well, there is nowadays no way to get a hint from those indexes to see where spot goes.

I thought that the dollar and the DOW rise or fall together. Currently the DOW is in the 3rd of 5 waves down. The top of wave 2 being on 28 May. Its now stalled at the 38% retrace from 3 May but could continue to complete the sub-component of the 3rd i.e either 5 or 7 sub-components but should go below wave 1 low on 23 May. The effect on the Euro should be a rise to 131366 depending on how the 3 rd wave is completed
