Hello. Sorry i have a qustion. What is the tie betwen jgb and the yen . Why is so important the yield and What is the correlation ? When the yen rise also the PRICE of the jgb rise?

Mada faqa, this UJ removed all my pips what I made from yesterdays EJ and GBPUSD trades. So it was fake break out of low today, this is another mistake by me, I impulsed and freaked out when I saw USDJPY broke lower low and shorted and then suffered. Nevermind better to break your back and learn lesson then to make money on mistake.

Bond Spreads: A Leading Indicator For Forex

he global markets are really just one big interconnected web. We frequently see the prices of commodities and futures impact the movements of currencies, and vice versa. The same is true with the relationship between currencies and bond spread (the difference between countries' interest rates): the price of currencies can impact the monetary policy decisions of central banks around the world, but monetary policy decisions and interest rates can also dictate the price action of currencies. For instance, a stronger currency helps to hold down inflation, while a weaker currency will boost inflation. Central banks take advantage of this relationship as an indirect means to effectively manage their respective countries' monetary policies.

By understanding and observing these relationships and their patterns, investors have a window into the currency market, and thereby a means to predict and capitalize on the movements of currencies.

What Does Interest Have to Do With Currencies?
To see how interest rates have played a role in dictating currency, we can look to the recent past. After the burst of the tech bubble in 2000, traders went from seeking the highest possible returns to focusing on capital preservation. But since the U.S. was offering interest rates below 2% (and going even lower), many hedge funds and those who had access to the international markets went abroad in search of higher yields. Australia, with the same risk factor as the U.S., offered interest rates in excess of 5%. As such, it attracted large streams of investment money into the country and, in turn, assets denominated in the Australian dollar.

Morning my old long going friends, as I said so many times this USDJPY pair is so controllable. This drop in NIKKEY and USDJPY for me is nothing else but a reload for the BigBoyz in the market. I bought today and 100.579 and will add more longs at 100.262 if it drops, but in my opinion today after the US data, this pair will go back on track.

Yes.... I'm trading the pair since late October my friend, I think I started to understand the gimmicks in this pair. Until now all my weekly targets were reached from 81 to 88 from 88 to 92 from 92 to 96 and from 96 to 103.
My next target is 106 for the next 1-2 months in extension to 110, they want me to think ? My fundamentals were spot on until now and Kuroda still has to prove to the world that he is a good replacement for Shirakawa.
I wish you all the best with your trades but be careful because this pair is not for the weak of heart!

Really? so if you don't look back in history and don't make a deeper analysis how can you even try to predict what will happen further ? Let's say you want to trade using Ichimoku, how can you calculate the price action ?

You know what I do before some big data like this ? Just stay out, because this kind of news can really destroy your trades... the parity high and I'm sure you know the rule "Never buy high, never sell low" so it's better to wait and take it again from a lower value than to trade on this news.
