Hello all,
an updated view on the Dollar Index. The current price dynamics is very important as price could repeat last year's move (now, repeats in history are very rare, but that could still happen). Let me show you what I mean:

The 84.70 area is the first target of the 81.40 area of support that found participation at the beginning of May (corresponding to Euro’s lower low at 1.3240). The 84.70 area lines up with previous highs in the Dollar Index which could suggest profit taking from those levels. If history repeats (it rarely does though) we could see something similar to what happen last year in the Dollar Index.

The above picture shows the two current scenarios I could anticipate:

Scenario 1. Price could continue lower into the 83 area of support and then violently bounce higher into the 84.70 area of 1st target of the 81.40 long entry area. Then price could fail the next traditional measured move higher and start a series of lower lows and lower highs.

Scenario 2. After trading the 83 area, price could continues above the previous 84.70 profit level into the 85.30 area, 1st target of the 83 area long setup. If that happens profit taking could be seen at those levels (and we would deal with that at the proper time).

i'll give you another example I'm checking... not doing so many swings but see Cable at 1.5138 going very far south if breaks 1.5014 and i believe it will not on first swing.

anyway, the numbers I'm giving are examples.. i didn't say i was trading millions.

but lets stick to millions... at 1.5138 i will short 1M, 1.5073 (My ex coach would scale here and look to re short but not me) ( I will buy it up 2m and exit around 1.5103 where I will then short 1.5M my other short would be break even and this would have a tight stop and the previous long would have insured i would be in profit and the previous short is well out of reach of being Stopped... then at 1.5035 I would scale 50% of my Shorts... but also buy there 2.5M.. i would exit the longs at earliest stage at 1.5180 and short and aint checked where the short should go but it will higher low so would exit 70% of the trade and pout the stop where it needs to go and the 70% would cover the extra pips i need for the Short to last... i would expect price to come back to 1.5105/07 whereby i will short again 2m towards 1.50 whereby now i would scale 20 of the older shorts and leave that with 30% to run to 1.4360 area and would scale the new shorts 50%.. i would also buy around 150 level %m and exit at 1.5048 whereby i will short again 2m.....targeting 1.4954 again scale and buy up to 1.5034.. then short 3m targeting 1.4858 scaling 70% of new and leaving 30% run..... i will manage positions and bring them behind the appropriate Resistance so if they break then out but bear in mind i am playing the monthly and weekly chart not your 15 minute charts but only time will tell if it works out

You speak too much for someone who allegedly playing with millions - it could be Million Zimbabwii's dollar or demos ... i hear they can be fun If you want to write down your trades , just write Pair Price SL & Tp ( People who trade that amounts , don't write these info in a style of literature or novels or the story of their lives )

So my advice to you, go sell your bullshit somewhere else ...

1 million is only 10 lots , 2 million is 20 lots
you don't need to be rich to open a 10 lots postion. you actually only need 2k with 1:500 leverage.
1 million is very tiny tiny amount in forex, you can fill like 5 million just hitting a ask or a bid on a liquid day.
