I was surprised that another trader on this forum is from San Diego. Before, I thought you were from Australia or something. The ice rink is actually inside of the mall in La Jolla. That is a very affluent part of San Diego as well. Hopefully, we can move back to San Diego, but it is nice trading the Euro market during the afternoon from the time zone here in Taiwan.
Luck has no place in trading. Leave that for the poker table.

Maybe my friend, you forgot (or you where not on board yet) the time that GJ lost 1200 pips in just minutes?
Just due to a little error in the stock market?

The first thing you do is put in a sl, then you think of target, then you place your trade!

Tried it on micro, locate bottom/top for the year in any pair, add daily at london open, around morning fix is the best time, set yourself trailing stop for 50 pips and TP of 150 and just wait.
The problem is none of the pairs is bottoming/topping atm so veryfying now is out of the question.
There are many stuff that have been told blindly by thousands traders to other traders, I like to think on my own.
You cannot judge the method before you not test it.
Your example with GJ is perfect - if you bought last july you would be very happy with results by now, you and I both knows that you do not buy tops.
Try it mate, then PM me about it.

The best results I had in FX was when I placed micro pos then had to leave home for some travel time and did not have internet access, it is not for everybody - worked for me.

Lol I had the same kind of thing in October 2008 when I was short GJ and saw it back with 4000 pips profit.
