Sometimes there is no logic at all on how market reacts to the news (like this one with New Home Sales). Probably some banks are playing around with the chart for getting more profit....

IF euro gets back up to 1.3, it wont pass it. It barely hinted at touching it and got slammed down 80 pips in a violent 5 minute reaction. I don't believe we will get there but it's possible. We are still down trending folks, and will continue to. Especially while US posts good news.

Gambling my ass. It's quite clearly technical. You can just trade the FIB on the daily since Jan and have made profit, almost to the pip.

News impact the price but you do not know the direction. For example after the news release EURUSD jump up and you think it had to be good for EUR so you go long. After several minutes it reverse and go down 100 pips and you say "wtf". This is Big Boys game and you are needed to provide the money.
