IW longs are active at the moment. Well we can treat it like IW (small range is what I don't really like). Price reacted and doesn't want to go south. ID change to UP would give us some more confidence here. I just hope that ID will give us a pullback and a chance to enter after the MM change.

AUD/NZD - short @ 1,1986 loaded. Longs are waiting on GBP/JPY: 155.450 - 155.170 zone is good for buys.

GJ, am already in. Why do you feel that the zone 155.450 - 155.170 is good for buys? I mean it retraced into the zone, so great timing.

AUD/NZD short @ 1,1986 closed at break even. Don't like the given PA also the ADR/Spread ratio is only 11.

I'm also in on GJ. It is the same zone we use. I mentioned it just because price sometimes travels a bit further into this zone. If manually traded - better price can be caught.

There's a setup from yesterday that goes straight into my playbook collection. It was on AUDJPY, didn't follow it since I was already focused on GJ and even if I did I'm afraid I'd have missed it because of my expectations that were definetely different than what the market did yesterday.


The comments are in the picture. The good old saying "trade what you see not what you expect" stands true once again. Have a nice day all.

EDIT: Excuse the spelling in the picture, my keyboard is having its last breath. One more thing that was confirmed once again, most "unexpected" market behavior generates nice tradable moves.

Right on point mate. I wasn't even aware of the FOMC minutes from yesterday. Thanks for pointing out.

Today I wanted to get long EU since it didn't break the IW lows and the ID pattern lookos good. My limits weren't filled unfortunately. So looks like today's gonna be dry.

Yeah although I wanted it smaller, but is acceptable. I'm thinking 1.2853 as good price. Will wait a bit more to see what US has in mind.

Watching GU now, while he MM change isn't convincing feels like the iw trendline is about to give up.

Hey buddy. Majors (GU, EU, USD/CHF) are quite interesting today. Good chances for ID I think. Added Swissey short to my bag a min ago.

I missed the GU long, fiddled around with the trade manager and removed the limits. Anyway UCHF definitely a better choice!

Swissey closed for quick 49 pips with 1/1,6 RR. Supports are there. Ranges are also filled.

Hey S. Had a wonderful weekend. Nice weather, nature, friends, cycling - trying to get everything from the summer season. Yourself?
I am looking at the PA and there are quite a few ID chances. Many of them are going to be filtered of course and less left during or just before the US session. I also think that there might be a MM swap (one more at least). But Aussie, EU, Geppy, Cable, Swissey - all have PA that could evolve into signals.
