I really want to echo Sonic's concerns today about adding to losing positions. I think it can be done effectively but it seems how some are trading in this thread is just downright wreckless. The are heading in one direction. To account destruction.
I've said before that I think the Sonic Scout has value but should complement Sonic Classic trades. It seems this thread has been completely overthrown by sonic scout trades.
Someone raised the point earlier; why doesn't the Sonic trading system show their live trading results on the thread like others do. I'd hazard a guess and say that TaH is not a profitable trader. If he is, he won't be over the long term given his current trading methods. I respect TaH for all the hard work he has poured in to this thread but I want to caution others in taking his word and trades as gospel.
I have worked at a large bank and know many others who have worked as traders at large firms. They are not as conniving as TaH makes out. They all do not have prior knowledge to information before it has been released for example. I guess what I am trying to say is, the are all not trading in the same direction with the exact same trading strategy. They do not have the power to push the price down and then buy up big knowing that they are on their way to making easy money. It is a 3 trillion a day market.
