Subjective vs Objective.

Subjective trades are those taken without a firm Trading Plan. The old saying goes "Plan your Trade and then Trade your Plan means that you are Planning to Win".

Trading without a Plan (fixed rules) means that you are "Planning to Loose".......

The push up in € before the data showed high volumes on the 1 min chart with price at the R1 pivot and 15 pips above the dragon - so extended.

The small riising bear candle was a high volumed spinning top, so I took a scout sell as EP 1, initially wth my SL above the R1 level.

After the data, the 1m dragon turned down, so this allowed the sell at EP 2

The surprising BOE news dropped cable 40 pips in a flash and probably caused the very high volume in the 08:30 gmt candle.

With both 5m & 15m dragons still sloping up I now have a lower SL which will give me a small loss, BUT preserves my capital should the German Bond Auction turn the PA back up...

I am "allowed" to add further sells if the 5m and then 15m dragons turn down.......so this is a Trading Plan that gives Objective entries based on the dragon at the start of each new trend....

One thing I still don't understand..

I loaned TAH's UJ picture.

So, every time when MMs pushed the price to some S/R area and added shorts, we added too. Now I don't understand, do they closed some shorts meanwhile or they had too so many minus trades ? Because I see, that UJ has raised more than 300 pips for now.

Who say MM is bear... we "assume" it...and we may be wrong..

Adding shorts as the price advances is the sure way for more pain... Think about it... Why are you adding shorts while even your initial positions are losing..?

Once you are wrong (hit SL), accept it as it is and move on..

Nope I didn't change anything.. I only use PVA indicator and tah's template. I have only 6 pairs opened at the same time.

After NY open, U/J just closed the gap from the previous weekend.
PVSRA still shows signs of weakness, but this pair needs to be monitored closely!

Loeil, You've said it yourself here 13500 pips drawdown on all JPY pairs for TAH(that was about 2 weeks ago, who knows how much is the drawdown now).

This is not trading guys. lets just say 13500 pips drawdown with 1 lot, that's equal to $135,000.
I use 1 standard lot as an example because I believe we need to trade in standard lot in order to make a decent living out of trading.

I now use volume to take profit or get out of trades mainly, and to gauge market activity. NEVER solely to enter a trade.

TAH has mentioned it so many times, that it is absolutely neccessary to trade VERY SMALL lot sizes. So if you are normally trading 1 standard lot, then you would be better advised to trade only 1 mini lot (or even less) if you want to trade the SonicR+PVSRA way.

So the break-out on the hourly was up again....the 15m warned of this yesterday afternoon when it made that very high volumed low - VSA tells us to look for a signal in the background - i.e. back before the actual price move started.

So the Higher Low around 24:00 gmt was a buy and then from FO onwards this morning there were further buy signals off all of these TFs and a 1m sell which I took after LO - against the 5m & 15m dragons - I pirated a few pips....and having been out for a couple of hours, I closed another long after the high volume spike above the 103 level made UJ overextended

IF the 103 area holds, I'll buy again as the 5m & 15m dragons are still sloping up....
