The fail breakout of the up trendline clearly shows that many bears go trapped and this chart tells me that we are in a bull market. Of course this is just my opinion.

You are looking at a weekly chart...we are only tuesday, a lot of things can happen during the week.

Very true, a failure a fail breakout can trap the bulls also, that's why to have a bias is not a good idea in my view. Technicality I think is a bull market showing HL's and HH's.

daily closed below for what bull/bear divider is for me. we'll either go down, or I need another day to close above (and another one to back test it). So far it's a back test for the daily charts I posted earlier.. Place your bets.

2964.9 has its bottom at 2840 ish
3062 has its w/o a LL 2794xl
266x has its norm at 3097


hatch, its still developing. we want 2862... then a hh if possible.. 3097 allows me to get ahead of the move. either way when/if it develops.
2862 is probably the norm before 3062,

smaller one for 2964.9 is 2871... it has developed. we may get 2871 then a hh then 2862... i dont know.. but 2964.9 is a hh... so i figure 2862 is ok to use early.

it can go to 3062 w/o 2862... its just not normal, the same with 266x before 3097... straight moves w/o retrace are not normal

It's completely okay that way depicted in the screenshot. I stumble while building it up towards 3097 from the low.
