I could see a short term bounce to 1.294, but I am not sure about the strength of any move up. Also the infamous death cross is approaching on the 4H which may ignite future downside. It usually does.

That,s right. Draghi cannot activate a monetary policy like FED and Boj, as BCE doesn't let him and Germany worrying about inflation either. But Germany and Europe need an Euro weak in order to recover the export balance.So, each time that appears FED spreading its QE'S and appreciating the pair, then some guy (Draghi,Widmann,etc) make some declaration in ooder to depreciate the Pair. Europe fells very happy with Euro around 1,30 or below. They have a consistent Monetary Policy without spending any Euro, appearing being not consistent.

If there is a good data, that could mean that QE cutting. You never know the reaction. I still can remember a market reaction against the odds, two ZEW data ago.

or/and SP500 is also unshortable so they hedge elsewhere.

I'm not even going to take this dollar buying seriously.

No point in shorting. And if they do or don't it doesn't matter in the end. The market will always dictate and there is no point ice skating uphill. Equities may revert to the mean when they taper, and then we can short it.

There is no point in going long an asset that is clearly moving downward and vice versa. Make money in what's work and not what we hope will work. The market will eventually crack and when it does be ready.

You can not take it seriously, but regardless if it moves up it moves up. It's been up all year.

GBPJPY is a nice proxy for US equities. Futures can be a margin killer. Geppy also may accelerate returns due to the increased volatility

400 pips from the top is something to take into account mate.

But time will tell if a reverse comes soon. I'm closely monitoring the daily chart

ECB cannot be growth according to it's charter I believe, but that has been "working" in regards to the exchange rate. However, 12% unemployment as a whole, the EZ is in shite shape. There is no growth anywhere and nothing seems to be happening about it.

Where's that unified banking they been talking about? Or anything they ever said?

look at previous price action this could be a continuation of the previous inverted H&S.

Chart patterns are too subjective if you can pick out what I am talking about. Thats why take price and trade to what is happening with price currently.

Wait for the neckline to break. Too many people see a "head and shoulders" and immediately jump in hoping it does lol. I have seen HSs stop at the right shoulder and break above the head.

50SMA approaching 200SMA on 4H, could provide the breakage.
