Because there is no EU news, because all the muppets are in yet another meeting, the markets is very choppy. The danger (imo) is that if there is a press release, the market could jump either way, regardless of the trend. For me, it's more safe to stay out until NY comes online......

2955 is the 'line in the sand' for the bulls.....that's where they concede defeat to bears......so in that regard it's quite interesting watching this battle going on.....but I will be disappointed if we get back into the low 1.30's again....I really am getting sick of that 1.30 - 1.32 range

LOL....and only last week they were saying that the exchange rate was not a target....but the 'bold action' was aimed at a 2% inflation rate, no the fx rate!!....... I think that was from muppet-san......lol

Made a few pips with this ranging market. Nothing to write home about, but both trades were profitable nevertheless. Will probably call it a day. Too many politicians yapping today at another Eurogroup meeting. Listening to the meeting agenda, leaks, news reports and politicians yapping, is like groundhog day. Same old crap.

Look at the resistance above EUR/USD has been going no where all day long.

This is one of the reason I stopped trading the shorter TFs, there's nothing more frustrating than watching charts all day and the market goes no where.
