Short again GBPUSD with good Risk / Reward Ratio, a pseudo Pin Bar at 50 MA may help. BTW: where are the dancers, looks like am dancing alone. ... {image}

I don't know if the markets have changed, but I've found myself doing much shorter trades this year, TPs of +10 generally. Here's my dance for tonight, EURUSD. Lovely pins from the 35/50.

Good to see the email from Clay a few pages back

{quote} Hello pipnu2me, I am new with The Dance, and only trading the MAs, not using PA yet, but I guess I NEED to watch PA and MAs for my entries.I wonder if you have that in mind?

Hi Peepo. I trade only in the morning, usually try to get started by 5:15 am. You have been busy since I posted. I usually trade the EUR/USD, but I don't like trading it when it remains so strongly rangebound. This morning I'm looking more at the EUR/JPY, and thought there was a possibility coming up, but that ended with the close of the last 15m candle. Will continue looking.

With the slowing of all economies & in the absence of any significant and sustained breakouts of European economies in particular, everything has slowed down & opportunities for greater gains have become fewer. Since the election in Japan last year, and the commitment of the new Prime Minister and the new head of the Central Bank of Japan to weaken the Yen, the USD/JPY and the other Yen pairs have been moving up. Looks however as if the Yen hit a wall at USD/JPY=100. I'm hopeful.

I may be wrong, but it looks to me the move was caused by the news below
(Pay attention to the news time, when price dropped 23 pip in 1 minute GMT 14:24)

I entered at 1.31004. It was not the best entry. The best entry would be at 1.3107 area but I missed it for few seconds due to family issues .

Me too Kosta. I still have some trouble with constrainments but I usually manage to trade them succesfully. In my opinion they are the best and most safe signal of dance/choros strategy.

Happy trading to all of you!

Question to Kostas. Your moving average seem different from mine. Can you tell me your MA setting with this pair EJ especially the pink , the brown, and that yellow brown one.

These are the M5 settings that I found work best for me. Have been mentioned several times in the thread. Here it is one more time.......
Important ones are EMA 12 and 23. These I use for bounce trades.
In the chart I also draw EMA 5, 50 and SMA 200 for reference.

One more example of EJ M5 that is becoming my workhorse this year (I still hate the 3 pip spread I get from my broker).

Hello, I hope you folks don't mind me asking something. I currently trade a price action system only on EUR/USD.

I've learned a lot about price action, but I am curious to take this experience and try it with this system on a demo, as it seems much more accurate.

But I have only ever traded EURUSD in New York and sometimes London sessions.

My question is how often would you guesstimate there is a setup during London or New York session on 15min EURUSD?

Thanks in advance
