could someone please fill me in as to why a potential rate cut should be bullish for euro? If I understand this correctly, banks have their lending rates extremely low already, and lowering these should cause very little effect. These rates hardly effect the consumer, as banks have massive margins when lending out money. So if anything, shouldn't that be more bearish, as holding onto any currency with a lower interest rate hurts the holder per se?

Room for upside for sure, but eyeing a lower target to load in some trades.

I move around markets and find levels of value (one trader's perception, of course), and then trade these very defensively -- there are a variety of ways to trade levels/zones defensively.

Short term traders have done very well today working that 3073/76. (See image.) That level was plain to the eye as early as last Thursday.

My bias is what the market tells me. Short term that level has held. It won't forever. I'll take losses. I don't care about taking losses. The losses simply inform me that the bull/bear battle has shifted.

I'm never biased beyond levels. In fact I could care less if the market goes north or south. I simply want to spot battles and make money off variance.

I stay outside this pair for now because it is between 2 Fibo levels : 38.20 and 23.6, so I prefer not trading EUR/USD

Your SL should depend on yoru targets and time period..

I'm playing with tight Sl's here.. If 1.0083 gets breached - new bear targets will appear=no good for longs
