The voice of reason. My EU longs were going great this morning but I turned them too early at red line shown. I should have waited until the red arrow where there had been a number of clues (yellow circles) that big money was looking to go short. This lot together suggests a potential turn and the time to look for low risk entries. More haste less speed methinks. Lesson learnt? I am sure I will repeat this mistake a few times yet.

As a footnote I reopened shorts in Yen pairs late Friday evening having seen pullbacks with top volume as well as small EU longs as above.

I can see the correlation between Sonic R and PVSRA, but PVSRA may be
bordering on the need for it's own thread. I'm trying my best to get a
handle on it, but honestly, it seems counter to classic Sonic R trading.

I'm not saying its a bad thing, by any means. Your results have clearly
shown it to be a revelation. I know I have a LOT of learning to do!

Sonic R. System = Classic & Scout Trading Methods

There now are two kinds of trades in the Sonic R. System: Classic and Scout. I suggest every Sonicer re-read Post #1 that Master Sonicdeejay has updated.

Classic
This is an ema (Dragon) based method of trading that uses Price Action, Wave Analysis, S&R and a bit of Volume to validate a setup for a single entry trade.

Scout
This is a pure Price, Volume and S&R based method of trading that uses a unique analysis of Price Action, Volume and S&R (called PVSRA) to determine two things: if the market is bull or bear, and accordingly at what optimal price areas to make entries to build a trade of multiple positions, much as the market itself is doing.

Could it be considered that the MM are bears? High volume at highs.

Do I need to have a candle with significant volume in M15, to go to M1 and check what they are doing the MM? Or I can go down to M1, but not M15 have significant volumes?

Positions building is a mean of "doubling down" in the card game .. It is basically multiplying the potential reward and your risk at the same time with the bias that you want them to be..
It is nothing wrong with doing so or even.. position building is a way to beat the odds.


BUT


I want you to be more nimble... you may the nature of the game well and know your risks, but I do not want other sonikers to jump the guns and ends up with multiplying losses when the price turn against the positions...

I am here long enough to see the "rise and fall" of once very famous Brian John's carry trade thread..
On its hey-day, there were few hundred traders viewing the thread any moment and now it is sitting silently in recycle bin..
I cannot let this happen to Sonic R...

I recognise PVSRA as the advent form of scout, and I need you to let the other know about the potential dangers of multiplying effect..
