kiwi 4hr

I think there is a nice little kiwi trade brewing, if this top holds could get a nice wee rejection, accordingly if the top dosnt hold good chance of a quick pop to the falling 50sma, just a though cause eu seems frozen, will see what brit have to say today

After LL yesterday its only one way and its down. Current levels are quite nice spot for a drop but even if it will go higher - there are others just near by..

London opened exectly 50 pips away from its bull target (and yest PP) at 3054, and exectly 30 pips from yest lows.
May be both will be reached today..?)

I think the resistance may be a setup. Its almost too "theatrical", as if someone's just keeping it there with massive volume, but in reality, they're just trading with themselves, hoping to get as many people long as possible. I've seen this before.

edit:
the only thing making this plausible is the mess in US which hardly anybody's been talking about as of late. Meaning the drills into a full-fledged police state, violating the constitution and anticipating civil unrest. That, and printing ridiculous amounts of money to finance an operation with absolutlety no added value.

I realised I missed a possable trend reversal in one of my methods thats bearish even though Im mainly bullish for gbp to go to 1.56xx

Here you see a chart where I use %K with a 3,3 seting
An ADX with a 14,14 setting and 18 DMA

How I use this tools is

I look for a spike in % K above 85% with a swing high 1 that is lower than swing high point 3 or a low below 15 % bwith swing high 1 higher than swing high 3 for the oppisit.

Now here I haave Identifide a % K spike above 86% with a high swing point on the chart at point 1 and a higher high at point 3 with a lower %K
and the days between the 2 highs must be more than 5 days and less than 15 days for it to be valid.

and point 3 must be the highest high in the last 4 days wich it is.

youl see I marked the setupday for the trend reersal with green. And one looks to take between 100 to 300 pips out of this move.

but youl see at the point where it is now, a new harmonic has come to competion and it seems to be the end of the downtrend reversal or correction. And its setting up for the bounce up to 1.56xx also yesterday it retraced to the 38 % fib level wich is a key level for the harmonics. There was a down trend but i think its staring to subside now and we will se a continuation of an uptrend.

Exactly!
Also I expect GU to climb 1.57 in next quarter but before that I can expect a fall till 1.51 in next few weeks/months

it's a gamble. Although my machine thinks the same. Its longing quite heavily, and adding more as we hover around here. 2/3 maximum exposure reached already, that rarely happens, so if I take a hit it'll be pretty painful.

I think it is going down. Took a short @1.2992 stop @1.3010 target @1.2923

Reason: It took SL orders above 1.3006 and went down with increasing volume. The only risk is jump bar up from 1.2982. I hope they are tanking more short orders now.
