Impressive daily close at the highs & 4HR still moving in a straight line. Entirely possible that we see 100 before 99.

No doubt in my mind we see 100 by tomorrow, people have been looking for that number for months and with only 50 pips away the big boys WILL push it there.. After that, hopefully a correction to add

I would rather a continuation and a stronger run to other technical levels before a pullback. It would just give this bull run more of a foothold for further gains in my opinion.

Aso: Excessive yen gain has been corrected

Doesn't look like we'll get back to 99. Expecting the uptrend to resume during next 1-4 hours.

If the price breaks through the level 99.038 bullish movement will start. Targets of the bullish movement: 100.108, 101.147.
SELL
If the price breaks through the level 98.030 bearish movement will start. Targets of the bearish movement: 96.960, 95.921.

Not my best call right here. In hindsight the doji 4HR candle I was trying to play maybe wasn't the best signal.

Overnight we put in a relatively deep retrace to 61.8% of Monday's range. The 4HR candle that just closed looks much more attractive than the candle I tried to play earlier. Afternoon US session is typically a weird time to be entering new positions, but good setups can happen at any time and I expect the next 4 hours to be up.

Edit: Daily close right on top of 99. Looks like a stall.

I got nervous after all those flat hours yesterday and closed my position at 99,1 for a 565 pip win (about 18 hours ago now).

It will surely go through 100, but I begin to feel that there will be a while more fiddling about this side of the big psychological barrier first and I decided to bank what I had. It doesn't often happen that you short a currency and it obligingly loses 5% of its value in the next seven days. I made an 80% return on the (very modest) capital in my second trading account with this trade and have transferred it back to my bank so now I can only risk my winnings.

Kuroda's comment that the external value of the Yen is not a target of monetary policy should be taken as pure "exchange rate diplomacy" (ie ignored).

todays unemployment change rate might push it to 100

Retrace to 99 is possible..

My traders gut tells me we will see a quick shot above 100 in the next 5 hours and then a retrace to 99 or 97.60 is possible ... well, many things are possible
