Gentlemen,

I always thought that this was supposed to be a serious forum populated by mature adults wishing to help each other and hopefully, learn from one another. It is such a pity that it is becoming a medium for people to insult each other whilst continually attempting to inflate their already over swollen egos.

Debate is healthy; however, can it please be conducted it in a dignified and respectful manner? The odd good humoured leg-pull is fine but exchanges of insults is so unnecessary and really needs to stop.

Sorry for the rant but I feel this needed to be said.
