Agreed and think of trading like a baseball game you will win alot more games/trades by constantly hitting singles and doubles then swinging for the fence everytime for the homerun trade because you will pop out or strike out more with a homerun type of thought process

@ gator: usually gold mine produce copper as well. but not really sure about the connection between these two.

@neo: i still believed that euro may break current support at 1.2750. may be i'm a little bit biased since i see us economy getting stronger while killing other other region economy like they just did during 98.

It might. Imho (and I don't post often in the forums anymore) all we've seen since a long time ago is lower highs/lower lows on higher timeframes. Switch those on and you'll see that.

I'm short since ~ 1.34 (check my posts last 2 months and you'll see the exact post) and added more at 1.31 and 1.2816 (seemed like a good number in my books). Looking for further downtrend to at least 1.2370.And I'm speaking longer term.
Please, just slap me around if I'm being silly ...

Gold and Copper should be negatively correlated...
Gold is a kind of bet that relies on deteriorating economies, where people find gold to be safe from well deposits and stuff.....
where as Copper is an industrial material, often related to Production,

Gold.... a risk-off hedge bet
Copper a risk-on/growth bet.

heres the thing though... if Gold/Dollar drops and Copper/Dollar drops... thats just Dollar Strength.....

Henry Paulson was later the u.s. treasure. he was there in the 2008 crash. and atm the ecb has another Goldman clone running it. whats the common denominator? if you want to go back to the early 90ties we had a banking crises then also. Poppa Bush was in the big house. the solution was the mega banks that crashed in 2008...
