Well i disagree with you seneca, this is basic support and resistance ideas that have been around the block for eons.. it's solid reliable trading though and thats what is good about this thread, nothing more, nothing less.

As for Les Lau, good luck to him, you honestly believe he's gonna make money from selling what you have here? just be accountable to yourself, in the long run it will be those traders that profit...

Not my style. I have stated my goals here. They do not include a "guru" style training site. I want to manage money nothing more, nothing less. I guess I am just pretty pissed that another is trying to profit off something that was intended to be free.

You are right about him. I can't worry about it. I will get over it soon enough. I just hope that there aren't too many people who get caught in the net and pay for something they can get for free.

I could be completely wrong about this whole thing.

He was a commercial. He was selling coding services. And I can't think of any reason anyone would start a copycat thread unless they were trying to profit from it in some way. The net is full of people selling things that are free elsewhere. The are respected "gurus" selling indicators that they stole from free sites (this guy wrote a well respected book). He is now going to be in the commercial section. He seems happy about it so maybe everyone comes out ok. If he does sell anything he will have to be open about it now since commercial members no longer have PM privelidges.

I am not going to spend any more time worrying about it. Not worth the effort.

I am not sure if you have read the entire thread. It is fairly long at this point. There were a few times in the thread that I was talking about my problems with trading UJ. I always seemed to zig when I should zag. The problem was that I was trying to apply the same start time to this pair. The start time I use worked so well for all the european pairs that I thought it had to react the same. Well it doesn't, the correct time is NY close. UJ reacts well to the NY close during the asian session following.

It can make you millions.

Too late, I already spilled the beans. I was just using the wrong start time. I don't really care any more, I have a short attention span anyway.

Hi SP,
The recent noise in your thread must be a pain! All I would say is, there is nothing new under the sun in this game or any other and you can lead a horse to water but can't make him drink (think!) etc etc, The people who want to be given the keys to the kingdom without doing any work will never truly trust the system/method and fail. Sometimes, some of the people on FF remind me of South Park charicatures when they depict the throng of people following Jesus. Can't think for themselves and want everything given to them and run around no taking any personal responsibility for heir own lives. Hope I haven't started a religious rant here... please don't anyone reply to this message!, I'm just supporting SP. Back to Easter chocolate

Things have got a bit weird in here. Everyone should cut back on their chocolate intake and do some deep breathing relaxation exercises.

I think this quest for irrefutable account proof is almost semi-religious in nature, and a read herring. There is no holy grail because trading, like life, cannot be taught it can only be learnt. There is the danger of SP becoming a messianic figure here when he is not Brian, he is in fact a very naughty boy for eating all the eggs. Followers may see the proof they long for on mydamgoodtrading.com just as they saw Jesus turn water into wine so many years ago but who drinks the wine today? How do WE taste its depths? By growing a beard and turning over the money tables in the church? If you want to know what life is, live it.

It seems that someone think the thread has been disturbed by some new comers. If you don't like posts of certain nature, please clarify...
Otherwise, I don't think there is any problem for discussing something not orignally presented in the thread.
On the other hand, I also want to ask people be polite when posting here.

Finally, I think there is no logically reason to say
The desire to look into the real performace = lazy to learn or looking for holy grail

I was simply wrong about the start time for UJ. I was attempting to use the same start time for UJ as I use for the European pairs euro and pound. The correct daily open for UJ is NY close. Small change means big difference in results.

I never said that. I don't mind a healthy debate. I learned a little about your and others' reasons for wanting a trade explorer. I don't necessarily agree that it is a big help in learning a method but I see some of your points.
