We are watching NZD/USD as a long potential, with Price Action confirming the entry.

Keep in mind, for the average trader, these extreme areas of entry are psychologically very difficult, as it might feel you are stepping in front of a Freight Train however keep in mind these stretched areas are exactly where the Big Money are adding to their longer term positions.

We trade these areas, and then aggressively add to the position when it goes our direction, while quickly cutting the position and closing when it goes against us. We are attempting on each trade to time the market turn to a pin point.

Hmmm.....well...on the weekly it's sitting right at 38.2....fib....and it's on a weekly uptrend....so it actually makes good sense to go long here....and on the hour it's at 0.0 fib...more room up then down

Here is our outlook for the EUR/USD pair coming into the London Trading Session.

As you can see below, the Daily Chart shows a downtrend is confirmed, which is good to know, however the most important point of trading is to know the EXACT time or moment of entry. Anyone can say "The EUR/USD is going down." However, the most important question to ask is "WHEN is it going down??"

We are employing the 1 HR chart to pinpoint our exact entry, as you can see.

A Trader can spend 100's of pips attempting to get in, and jumping out of a potential trade. Our goal is to limit these wasted pips, thus making more pips on balance by getting in at the exact correct moment. Not EVERY trade will work out, so it is very important that the entry is such that leaves a small loss 5-15 pips if wrong on the timing. The market would simply be telling us "Not yet"

It is important to keep trading simple, and put the overall odds of success in your favor. No single trade is more important than the next. The potential trade below is just another trade among 1000's of future trades we will take, therefore no significance is placed upon any individual trade, it is simply an "edge" playing itself out within our trading system.

EUR/USD short trade outcome

+55 Pips

Closed out trade, as price did not pick up momentum near major low.

We would have like to seen 100-200 pips, however we have learned with experience to take what the market blesses us with!

Going into the US Trading Session we are watching the AUD/USD pair.

Trending well on the Daily Chart, and showing signs of a potential reversal on the 1 HR chart.
