Thanks for the response lastingwell, I have read the first page many times as well as the the thread. I didn't recognize the the link that "minako" posted as the same strength meter... sorry if you were bugged by my question.

Not bugged but when people have to answer the same questions all the time it annoys them (not counting myself in this). If people read the thread properly there is no need for most of the questions usually.

Lots of markets closed for the Easter break so just looking tonight. I'm hoping when ye old Big Ben gets wound forward an hour it means I can start earlier here in NZ? It makes absolutely no sense in my dimwitted brain which clock is going where to what happens down here.....I got it all wrong last time so I will wait for Father RJ to put me right.....he is so clever!!!

Only for a week dont yours go forward on April 7th? This is the best site for looking that sort of thing up. http://www.timeanddate.com

Cheers Lastingwell, it looks like I do have to wait for one more week to get an early start. Winter can then arrive and I can huddle closer to all my electrical devices for warmth.....by then the snows will have melted off Europe!

Ours go forward this weekend so we get a bit closer to your time and then yours go back a week later making us closer still

But I thought the one on post one in this thread is more accurately drawn when compared to m15 chart's stoch itself...

So when current PA signal a long or short, do we enter the signal while xaphod's mtf stoch is repainting which is still not yet confirm? In other words, we can enter trade and make decision based on before the mtf stoch confirmation to enter the signal, is that right?

If you mean the multi timeframe stoch-tape any multi timeframe indicator will "repaint" until the bar on the timeframe the indicator is reading from closes, that isnt repainting. If you put the 5m stoch tape on the 5m chart then it wont change after the bar closes.

No apparently it doesnt show the cross in the right place when placed on the M5 chart. Thats according to a post by Xaphod I'll find it.

Thats the way quite a few people do it but its taken in context with all the other things that make a signal ie S/R, trend etc.

Yeah, alright, great answer there. That's probably why they are trading in m5 instead of m15 as they want to be slightly ahead of the rest to enter the trade with a few pips less riskier.

I think there's an explanation by Ohammond on the MTF m15 stoch repainting. As u know 1 m15 bar is composed of 3 m5 bars. the MTF m15 stoch will keep repainting on 3 m5 bars in m5 chart until the 3rd m5 bar is closed and confirmed.

Hence that's where i raise my hand to ask the query previously as I've seen genesis signal (PA+Matrix+EMA+HA+m5 stoch) triggered on 1st or 2nd m5 bar while the MTF m15 stoch still repaints in a good direction, then all of the sudden, the 3rd m5 bar may reversed the flow sometimes not within news time period and everything changed. This gives me a question mark as to whether to enter the genesis signal trigger while m15 stoch still repaints and not yet confirmed.

I noticed that his MTF H1 stoch timeframe is 61 instead of 60 on m15 chart, do we need to make our MTF m15 stoch timeframe to be 16 instead of 15 if using his MTF stoch?
