the best time to enter the market with sonic r setup is london session, asian session setup sometime fake setup.

Well isn't Sonic R setups supposed to work both ways? I'm sure I have read it many times in this thread that usually one days movement on 15min chart is enough to get profit even in countertrend trade on higher timeframes

You are absolutely right that there are better propabilities to only trade with trend direction, but you can always try to squeeze some pips from countertrend moves too. For 15min classic Sonic R setup this is looking good otherwice exept LO.

It depends on how do you feel it. Everybody trades as he/she can. So, it's up to you. Yesterday Master shown us good example of CT @ EY.

SL: 1.2750
TP: OPEN

Type: Classic, but early before London
Dragon: Pointing up 2 o'clock
Trend: Above dragon, flat
Wave: Leg 1 starting below dragon piercing it, Legs 2 & 3 above dragon, bounce from dragon
Volume: Moderate volume at lows

On 5min chart setups is looking good. 15min starting to look good. Only thing is that price might make fake above full number. Also before LO.

I have a question that one day it seems like I get it but the other day I don't. What do we define as a "countertrend?" I understand what it means but are we focusing on a particular TF that gives that label? Sometimes (actually many times... haha), you will have a uptrend on one time frame with a downtrend showing up on another. I just always assumed a 15min counter trend was with comparison to the 1HR tf but I think its best to get a clear answer so I don't trade with incorrect logic. Thanks...

Easy rule, don't trade against HTF trend.
As higher TF as stronger is the trend.
The main trend is monthly - lets say its our Director.
Next one is weekly - lets say it's our Manager.
Lower is daily - like a worker.
H4 is tool of worker
All other trends are not really significant.
But it depends on your trading style.
May be you like trades by minutes, so your Director will be Daily charts.

When all TFs have the same trend it means very strong confirmation.
