Next week's awful for me, we're receiving offers for 2 large portfolios, so I won't leave the office before very late that week...but how 'bout one day during the week of 8th April? Friday's my preference 'cause it won't have to get up early the next day...but any day works really.

Absolutely and unless anything changes 1.204x is up for grabs. Look at weekly we had a correction of last swing down to 204x. That retraced almost 62% since then we are falling fast.
So if the correction is over then a move below 204x is poss unless something comes a long to change the course

Pretty sure gator is on same page if not for different reasons
