I still prefer downside move for short term trading. but we still have to aware any upward movement or reversal.

from the 1H bar chart for the last 10 bar, i conclude the bear still try to test a new low targeting 1.2805 so many times but they failed so far. I still do not see any current or short term support for the bear so far.

From the bull side, the bull always lost all the power when the price reach ~1.2885 and i would say 1.2885 is a current price ceiling for EU during this 10 hours and for the next 24 hours, any break on this price we might see a short time bull and when the momentum indicator not telling overbuy it is a good signal to long EU.

Monday eur/jpy went down to almost touch 119.xx on "cyprus crysis" speculation, along with others too with the yen, but now its correcting itself so.

Not a continuous 3 day hourly bar chart, but a 24h x 3 separate timelines, like this one on gold:

thanks.. but im looking for a a single chart with 3x24hr overlay.. same format as the gold chart... my brain hurts so i cant explain why i want to see the EUro expressed like this..

EU is ranging at the moment. my today strategy is price break out. if we see any price below 1.2925 or above 1.2995, it will continue to a new lower or a new high but we have to see any momentum indicator just to make sure it is not overbuy or oversell at the price.

These price range are the most respected price range for the EU for many years (like i said before) because this price range are visited so many times than other price range.

if you see from the daily chart we are currently at Sept - Dec 2012 price range. However, they are different price characteristic. ie, during Sept to Dec 2012, usually the price has a nice daily range wave (going up for couple days and going down for couple days as well). However during the last 3 week, we see so many price range re-visited more often than Sept-dec 2012. what the bar telling me is the market still in consolidation area with a tendency to downtrend movement. it might go up or down without any clear direction and i'm still waiting for the clear and strong price breakout.

this affect my strategies, usually when daily chart show a clear direction, if it is an uptrend, i only do long positions and ignore the bear signals and vice versa. However during these days, i played both long and short signals and using my seatbelt for protection (BE+1) and close my position manually after i see any reverso signals opposite from my position. it is a busy trading hours for me as i can't see any clear daily direction.
