You are correct, physiologically.. I recommend(to all the Gap-seekers) a thorough research analysis via a google search of "gaping holes" to find the most dubious and explicitly descriptive of answers. There is a plethora of material available on this very subject - many of which may be much fortuitous in it's organic description than that of its technical analysis syntax.

Looks like EUR/USD really wants to turn the corner on the Daily chart.

So does AUD/NZD and also NZD/USD already did.

(For the tech-chart-junkies) Not my research, so I will site the author - Jim Wyckoff. This "trading opportunity" was presented on Friday:

June Euro currency futures a selling opportunity on more price weakness. See on the daily bar chart for the June Euro currency futures that prices are in a solid seven-week-old downtrend. The bears have the firm near-term technical advantage and the path of least resistance for prices remains sideways to lower. A close below chart support at 1.2900 would become a fresh selling opportunity. The downside price objective would be 1.2500, or below. Technical resistance, for which to place a protective buy stop just above, is located at 1.3100.

Here here... I thought I was the only one crying in the wilderness. I doesn't matter the trend, when both gaps get filled I believe it will be going down.

I am not sure what the issue is with filling gaps. Is this a psychological thing?

What I was told was the brokers are finishing up their previous weeks orders that closes the gap.

I was seriously planning a move to Japan. But the new doofus in charge of the central bank scares the crap out of me.

Maybe I'll just wait it out from the Walkerbunker until I can buy a house in Japan for the equivalent of USD $30,000, whatever many billions of Yen that'll represent after the failure of their "experiment".
