Just closed my second best trade of the day. As a scalper I rarely get trades that last longer than 20 pips. But today I nailed 2 sweet trades on e/u and g/u

E/U strategy was to go for the "closing of the gap" I reluctantly closed this one early, gbp moves were kinda freaking me out this morning. Wasn't sure if it would influence the euro at all. Figured for once, I will take my profits off the table.

G/U strategy was simply selling at resistance. The pair spiked up on the 5m chart to touch my R2 daily pivot then quickly retraced. It bounced up to touch the pivot again on the next candle and I went short. I waited until I saw the 15m charts nice tweezer top reversal off the R2, and I decided to hold this trade for a while.

Hope everyone else survived the day!

I am still riding my longs on EUR/USD and EUR/GBP for the Sunday gap closure.
The gap on EUR/CAD has been closed with a profit of 50 pips.
