  1. Cyprus rejects the levy with 36 votes against & 19 abstentions
  2. Result was widely anticipated & mkt positioned accordingly
  3. In a case of sell the rumor buy the fact EUR/USD rallies up to 1.2891
  4. Bulls have work to do if they want to worry recent bears
  5. Pair needs to clear 1.2960 & run at 1.2970/80 stops to spook shorts

MT4 does not store ticks I believe.

if you really want to check it out look at a bloomberg terminal as that will be the nearest to the interbank as you are likely to get under the circumstances.

but it will not get you anywhere with the broker - who are they? where are they?

earlier you said that your short was worth more than your long now you are happy that you long prevails and your short is underwater... seems very confusing to me
