50% fibo of the 1.2043-1.3711 move at 1.2877. 61.8% so guess a close above here is needed or it could go far lower

1) the banks are closed
2) the atms are not working and have big queues
3) the number of service personnel from the UK in Cyprus is large, they don't all go queue at the atm each week it would be an endless queue
4) I would expect that they normally have a cash delivery from the bank to the bases and then the cash is distributed to the personnel as part of their wages.
5) so only a few would have taken out cypriot bank accounts
I imagine that many of them will probably have opened Euro currency accounts with their UK banks. However, that still won't help them if they can't draw doen cash from an ATM and the banks are closed. I'm pleased to see that the MOD are taking steps to look after our lads' interests.
