I also think this was a bit of a knee jerk reaction and the real issue is whether France/Italy/Spain need to do the same eventually...to put things into perspective:

The only thing now I would like to see is that they approve this theft (sorry). Cyprus-CDS are saying that they will accept. market is pricing it.

It is about lost confidence, yet once again - size of the island does not matter, storm is brewing up ahead imo.
The stock market and gold should be watched from now on as these will be the best opportunities.
