EURUSD:

Prior to market opening, I predict a movement up to 1.326 followed by downward continuation playing H&S with blue neckline/support as per my D1 Chart.

Of course 1.3000 could be the reversal point, but I am considering stop hunt + retracement before continuation. Probably oversold but I don't use MACD/Stochastics that sort of thing

Agreed LC...Should have one more push down to complete. Your .2940 mark is probably going to be right on target, Nice Call! Then up to probably set up a head neck and shoulders pattern. You mentioned earlier that .3700 might be an eventual push up level, can you please explain that target because I see more downward movement after the shoulder. Please explain, thanks.

I only trade EU, but I think I have heard traders hedging with the loonie.

Buddha knows I am careful to give trading advice because if things go wrong I look the fool and I have caused bad luck and resentment.

Check what others say, but it seems logical to hedge using another USD pair, like EU or GU or USDCAD. EU has another leg down to go and USDCAD has legs going up (so no short). AUDUSD has just broken key support at 1.015 and is probably heading for the longterm TL at 0.98. Are you sure you wanto to hang on?

Best advice I ever got was Rules No1, No2 & No3 of Trading: "1. Cut your losses. 2. Cut your losses. 3. Cut your losses" - thereby spare yourself the psychological stress and loss of morale you feel when you look at an increasingly negative P/L on a losing position.

Strictly sideways. Not sure what to expect from the US session. Could get volatile if the media scared US participants over the weekend with sequestration meltdown, or else more of the same on Lake Placid...
