Yea. That's why I use mathematical indicators. Only use the more reliable double tops/bottoms and H&S only because they are so ingrained in trader's psyche.

i wouldn't worry about it today... but you take the pole, measure the distance top to bottom, and subtract it from the bottom.
today is not a good day..
i planned on longing here yesterday and target 3208... its a very reliable pattern... and i am not, fresh shorting or longing against either..

me neither, for H&S's it's essential to have correct volume data which is an integral (and most important) part of the theory

True, so really the whole pattern must occur across sessions such as London/NY

Totally agree, thanks, i tend to put them with fibs and S&R levels

all subjective in a book.. a pennant flag or whatever is just the phenomenon that each move has a mid point where it rest. before the continuation, after a strong direction move. this flag or whatever it is no different then an inside candle. except its just a baby.. its in the bigger 2 hump one i posted yesterday.. that is much larger then this one. its points to 2780.. when the flag bottom or tl is broken it suggest a 2x the pole move.

Bills were rejected in the Senate. The sequester may be inevitable. Perhaps there might be a little selling into the morning

lost me..
i did not take the s because of months ends.. and yesterdays 3208 indication. better safe then sorry.. this current pattern didn't break the flag pole low. the 3208 one is one i dont trade against.
